Walk-ins are welcome at The Albion, but we strongly recommend booking ahead, particularly for Sunday lunch, evenings and larger groups. Our Sunday roast regularly sells out, so booking in advance is essential if you do not want to miss out.
We are open seven days a week. Monday to Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 23:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 22:30 PM.

Absolutely. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at The Albion. We always have complimentary dog biscuits on hand and our team will make sure your four-legged guest has fresh water throughout their visit.
Our Sunday roast is served from 11:30 AM every Sunday until sold out. We strongly recommend booking in advance as it goes quickly.

We offer five Sunday roasts: Roast Sirloin of Beef (£26), Slow Braised Lamb Shank (£27), Sage and Apple Pork Shoulder with Crackling (£25), Lemon, Thyme and Garlic Chicken Supreme with Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing (£25), and Mushroom and Squash Roast with Vegan Gravy (£22). All roasts are served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese and gravy. For those who prefer something lighter, our Fried Halloumi with Chilli Jam, Spring Onions and Fresh Chillies (v, gf) is also available as a starter or standalone option at £9.
Yes. Our Mushroom and Squash Roast with Vegan Gravy is our full vegetarian roast, served with all the trimmings at £22 per person. For those who prefer something lighter, Fried Halloumi with Chilli Jam, Spring Onions and Fresh Chillies (v, gf) is available as a starter or standalone option at £9. Gluten-free options are available for all roasts on request.
Yes. Our menus include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options throughout. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking or before ordering. All of our food is freshly prepared in a kitchen that handles a full range of allergens.
A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bills. This is shared between our front of house and kitchen teams. Please ask your server if you would like it removed.
Yes. Our Albion Favourites Set Menu is available Monday to Friday from midday to 5pm, offering two courses for £25 or three courses for £28.
Yes. We offer several private hire options. Upstairs @ The Albion seats up to 40 guests with a fully stocked private bar and table service. The Private Dining Room seats up to 20 guests exclusively. The Lantern Room accommodates up to 20 seated or 30 standing. For larger occasions, The Albion can accommodate private events for up to 125 guests. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Our Classic Package is £17 per person, the Premium Package is £22 per person and the Luxury Package is £32 per person. Wedding drinks packages are priced separately - please contact us for details.
We cater for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, Christmas parties, wakes and memorials, small wedding receptions and more. We have standard packages and a fully bespoke service for those who want something more tailored.

Yes. From January 2026, The Albion is fully licensed for weddings. We offer legal wedding ceremonies and Celebrant Signing services for up to 40 guests, across three distinct spaces.
Yes. We offer three wedding breakfast menus: our Classic Menu at £40 per person, our Premium Menu at £60 per person and our Luxury Menu at £95 per person. Each has a matching drinks package available. We also offer fully bespoke weddings and have a preferred supplier list for photography, flowers, cake, and styling.
Wedding breakfasts can be held in the Lantern Room for up to 20 guests, the Private Dining Room for up to 20 guests, or Upstairs @ The Albion for up to 40 guests. Evening receptions can accommodate up to 100 guests.

We are located on Boyces Avenue in the heart of Clifton Village (BS8 4AA). Look for the historic entrance just off Clifton Down Road. We are just a short stroll down this charming pedestrian lane.
We do not have a private car park, but on-street pay-and-display parking is available throughout Clifton Village.
